Cold water at Diamond Valley Lake meant that the 3500 pounds of big Rainbow Trout from Mt. Lassen Trout had not problem acclimating to the lake. The Stripers got a few of them but overall a very successful fish plant. Should be lots of big, healthy Rainbows caught over the next few weeks!

3000 pounds of Rainbow and 500 pounds of Lightning Trout were planted today (Tuesday 12/3/19) at Diamond Valley Lake. Lots of large, healthy fish were in this shipment of trout from the Mt. Lassen Hatchery in Manton, California. Come enjoy the bounty!
